THE GROUNDWORK

Get clear. Get out there. Get hired.

$950 in full or payment plan

If people don't know about you, they can't hire you. That's the simple math.

The hard part is that it's nearly impossible to read the label from inside the jar. You know your work is good. Knowing which parts matter to other people is a different skill entirely: what to lead with, what to leave out, what actually resonates. Especially when every example of "marketing yourself" in your feed is loud, polished, and deeply unlike you.

You don't have to become someone you're not to be great at promoting your work. That's the whole premise of this program.

How it goes

I designed this for a business owner with a real craft and no marketing department. Even if you can afford it, it’s tough to hand this work to an expert, because nobody can answer "what do I actually care about?" on your behalf. And AI will happily polish whatever you feed it, whether or not it's true. What you need is a place to start, a plan to work through, and someone in your corner who knows the terrain.

So we split the labor. Worksheets ask the questions only you can answer, on your own time, at your own depth. And I consult: review, push back, cheerlead, and bring the expertise we all crave when we're building something alone. Four live sessions, and a voice memo away in between. (Clients tell me the companionship matters as much as the strategy. I believe them.)

Your positioning.

1

We take everything the worksheets surfaced and find the through-line: the work that means the most, for the people who light you up, solving problems you're built for. Where those overlap is your sweet spot. Everything else gets built on it.

Your message.

2

Where it actually makes sense for you to show up, where you're allowed not to, and what you want to say there. Built around your life and your goals.

Your strategy

3

We turn positioning into language: your pitch, your bio, your offerings, your story, all pulling from one source. So you stop rewriting your bio for every event, and stop re-editing your website every time you look at it with fresh eyes.

Making it stick.

4

The rhythm you'll keep. Honest about your capacity, built in seasons. A noticing system for catching the sparks before they disappear.

What’s included

  • Four 60-minute sessions on Zoom, at your pace within eight weeks.

  • Worksheets between sessions

  • My full notes after every session, organized into next steps.

  • An open channel in between: drafts, questions, or voice memos anytime. I respond twice a week.

  • Recordings, yours to keep.

The TL:DR. What you’ll leave with.

  • The words. Your pitch, your bio, your core website language. A messaging foundation you'll use for years.

  • The plan. Where you'll show up and what you'll talk about, in a rhythm you can actually keep.

  • The nerve. The quiet confidence of finally seeing your own label, and liking what it says.

A few questions people ask

Do you write it for me?

No. And that's on purpose. You draft; I edit, suggest, and push until every line is something you'd happily say out loud. (Want it fully written for you? That's a custom engagement, and I'm happy to. Let's talk →)

Do I have to be on social media?

No. We pick where you show up based on where your people are and what you can sustain — for some businesses that's a newsletter, or referrals done deliberately, or one platform used well.

What if life happens and I need more than eight weeks?

We'll figure it out. I have two small kids; I understand seasons.

Plenty of people earning what you'd like to earn aren't better at their work than you. They're just easier to find.

Pay and book your first session right here, I’m looking forward to working together.
